Swinburne Design Collective is one of Swinburne’s Largest Clubs. In my past two years as a committee member, we have been recognised as Swinburne’s Club of the Year, 2 years running. The club aims to provide members with social and skill-building opportunities through their weekly events. My role involved creating an online community as the design moved digital in 2020.
Over the past 12 months, I have managed the clubs communications and social media creating a range of visuals for events and initiatives.
The club saw great success in its #seemesdc tag which hosted over 1000 posts in under 12 months with students sharing their work. Followers grew from 300 to over 1000 organically in the same time, with frequent posting throughout the year. Reach on posts also increased dramatically from an average of 250 per post to over 1400 for top performing posts
