Jess is a mid-weight UX designer with experience in fast-paced agencies and startup environments. In her time at Raak Creative, she has worked as a user experience designer focussing on developing IA and wireframes across a range of projects. More recently she has expanded her skills, managing end-to-end eCommerce projects and ongoing GDD clients. This involves working with the Strategic Lead to plan and implement quarterly scrum summits for clients and assign tasks to fortnightly sprint periods.

Previously during her Capstone with Swinburne University, Jess worked as part of a UX team to develop a solution to streamline the course planning process for students. From completing primary and secondary research to running focus groups and online surveys, her team worked to align existing touch-points and reduce possible errors students were experiencing through their current planning journey. Jess is excited to delve further into the world of UX, advocating for users and discovering opportunities to improve their experiences.

With over 6 years of graphic design experience, designing interfaces, meaningful brands and detailed applications are some of the good work at hand.

Project Management

Planning, coordinating and implementing design projects from ideation to completion. Experience managing complex eCommerce builds, delegating tasks, mentoring team embers and facilitating quality client experiences.
