BeBendigo has grown, and so has its website. They are currently struggling to manage new content and initiatives as the site navigation has become overcrowded with key information lost to users in the mishmash of content placement.

• Complete basic user analysis through profiling
• Explore structure through card sorting activities
• Develop taxonomy based on card sorting and key user flows
